Poorly organized and marred by loud audience

One row ahead, we sat with a family whose child was constantly chattering loudly during the first half. At 7.30 PM, the show began, but audience members were still being guided into the venue. The door seemed understaffed for ticket checks.
During the show at 8 PM, attendees were still entering the theater, causing disruption and obstructing visibility and sound. When I politely requested the parents to quiet their child down, the response was quite unpleasant.
We decided to leave after the first half as it was not a pleasant experience.
